ROB Hospitality Technologies Corp.
Effective 7 September 2026 · Version 2026-09-07
If ROB isn't right for your restaurant, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your first charge. No explanation needed, though we'd genuinely like to hear what missed.
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. Request one at paddle.net using the email address on your order, or write to us at support@restaurantownerbuddy.com and we'll arrange it with Paddle for you.
You can cancel your monthly or annual membership at any time from your membership page inside ROB. Cancelling stops the next charge or renewal and you keep full access until the end of the trial or the period you have already paid for — nothing is cut short.
Cancelling only stops future billing. It does not close your ROB account and it does not delete your restaurant records — those stay exactly where they are unless you separately ask us to close the account or delete the data.
Outside the 14-day window above, we do not issue partial or pro-rated refunds for the unused part of a billing period you've already paid for. You keep the access instead.
Closing an account, or asking us to delete your data, is a separate request. Write to support@restaurantownerbuddy.com and we'll handle it. You can ask for an export of your conversations and records first, so nothing is lost. After a closure or deletion request, account and conversation data is deleted or anonymised within 30 days, apart from records we must keep for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, payment-dispute or similar required purposes.
New paid members receive a 30-day free trial. A card is collected at signup, but nothing is charged when the trial begins. The selected $75 monthly or $795 annual membership starts automatically when the trial ends unless it is cancelled first, and ROB sends one reminder approximately 24 hours before the first charge. Access granted through a beta or complimentary code remains free for the days it covers and involves no payment.
Paddle's own refund policy applies alongside this one.
